Barb: Diffuse Systemic Scleroderma

Is there anyone out there going through the same thing?

Pink Bow I was diagnosed in 1985 with systemic scleroderma and Raynaud's disease.

It has affected the esophagus, fingers, toes and bowels, and recently I started having mini strokes.

I have recently gone on disability insurance. I am in the process of being tested for these strokes I am having, and I have to admit I am really scared. Is there anyone out there going through the same thing?

I could really use an understanding email buddy right now, so please feel free to write to me.

SCLERO.ORG was the world's leading nonprofit for trustworthy research, support, education and awareness for scleroderma and related illnesses from 1998 to 2021. It was a grassroots movement from the original Scleroderma from A to Z web site, which was founded by Shelley Ensz. We were a 501(c)(3) U.S.-based public charitable foundation. We closed this web site and our nonprofit agency in April 2021.
