Liliana: Esclerodermia Morfea

Hola me llamo Liliana y me diagnosticaron esclerodermia morfea hace 7 años. Al principio desconocía totalmente la enfermedad, me hicieron biopsias hasta que me dijeron que era esclerodermia. Mis manchas están en piernas, caderas, espalda y algunas en los brazos.
En estos años que he convivido con la enfermedad aprendí que lo peor es quedarse quieto sin hacer algún tipo de gimnasia; intenté varias rutinas pero la que más me ayudo es pilates que consiste en ejercicios de estiramiento y flexibilidad, eso me ayudo mucho.
Me gustaría conocer más de mi enfermedad, si hay algún tipo de alimentación especial, si hay algún tratamiento nuevo. Me despido esperando que alguien se conecte conmigo para asi poder compartir charlas, consejos, y demás.

We closed this web site and our nonprofit agency in April 2021.
