apple Hello, my name is Jose Luis, I have been sick for a year now.

I can't take it anymore and I need more ideas. I need someone to explain this to me, such as why did I get it and such things. I am 17 and going though a difficult time. I need help and I hope someone will hear me and tell me something. I need experience from older people who know more and can answer my questions.
