Ring Adaptation
Scleroderma hands may make wearing rings difficult, due to swelling, hardening, and deformities.
Pam Ray designed a ring closure which is ideal. It is easily taken on and off, even with advanced hand involvement. You may take this design to your jeweler and have them imitate it.
Instructions
Instructions: Put a hinge on one side, and a ball and hole closure on the other, as shown:
