Wayne Lowe

ISN PR for Voices of Scleroderma Book Series in the U.K.
I will try to get your voice heard across all the way to the UK,
making your stories read and heard to all who need your help.

Hello, I’m Wayne Lowe.

My current role is ISN Public Relations for the United Kingdom, for the ISN's fabulous Voices of Scleroderma book series. I will try to get your voice heard across all the way to the UK, making your stories read and heard to all who need your help.

Wayne Lowe, logoMy first role with the ISN was to help as the Assistant Manager of the Sclero MSN Message Board/Email List, which is now Sclero Forums. This was a fantastic opportunity to hear from all the members and hear all the stories first hand. I was also a Senior Support Specialist.

I am a very good listener and want to provide e-mail support to you as much as I can. If you would like to chat online or e-mail away from the support group, you can. I will keep all your e-mails private and confidential, you are free to talk to me about anything you want, just as long as you know I’m hear to make you happy. I am here on a personal level to help with anything at all.

My hobbies are radio presenting, article writing and drawing, plus hosting some online discussion groups like Role models or Problems Solved. I have studied psychology and biology for two years, and I love psychology.

Sclero.org has a wealth of information and we are here to provide all the support we can give, even if that means e-mails or message boards.

You are a strong human being. It isn’t a weakness that you are here, you are here to provide your support to others like yourself, as you know how they feel and how they cope in everyday life. The bigger the group, the more advice and encouragement can come out of it. I am here for you.

My email is wayne-lowe@sclero.org. We have several people from the Liverpool area who have scleroderma. Their stories are in the Voices of Scleroderma books, and they are willing to be interviewed.

Please feel free to contact me with any media opportunities to help raise awareness of scleroderma by the the nonprofit International Scleroderma Network, and our Voices of Scleroderma book series. I will do my very best to work with you on it!
